Creating an account is straightforward. Head to the Register page, fill in your mobile number or email address, set a secure password and confirm your details. You will receive a verification code on your phone — enter it and your account is ready to go. The whole process usually takes under three minutes. Make sure the mobile number you register with is active and in your possession, because all future verification codes will be sent there.
No. Each person is allowed exactly one active account on 99ap. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is against our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, both may be suspended and any pending withdrawals could be cancelled. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately so we can merge or close the extra one cleanly.

Withdrawals
Getting your winnings out should be as easy as putting money in.
Log in to your account, go to the Cashier / Withdrawal section, choose your preferred payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer) and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Double-check the account details before submitting. Once you confirm, the request enters our processing queue. You will receive an SMS or app notification when it is approved and dispatched.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15–30 minutes once approved. Raast transfers usually arrive within an hour. Bank transfers may take up to 24 business hours depending on interbank processing times. During high-volume periods such as major cricket match days or PSL finals, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Common reasons include: incomplete account verification (KYC), an active wagering requirement on a bonus, a mismatch between the registered account name and the payment account name, or a security flag on the account. If your withdrawal is on hold, check your email and notification centre for any messages from us. In most cases, submitting a clear photo of your national ID card resolves verification holds quickly.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw the winnings from it. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on PKR 1,000 means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before those bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Not all game types contribute equally — slots usually contribute 100%, while live casino tables may contribute less. Check the specific promotion terms for the exact contribution rates.
Yes. You can contact support to forfeit an active bonus. Keep in mind that once you cancel a bonus, any bonus balance and associated winnings will also be removed.
